First, What Is NATEBox?

NATEBox sits in every RoboCam room and runs NATE, our in-house tracking software. It follows the speaker, records or live streams the session, switches between cameras and backs up every feed, so no camera operator needs to stand in the room all day. The new generation builds on thousands of videos our RoboCams have recorded, plus feedback from organizers like you.

Even Smoother Tracking

📌What we upgraded: Camera tracking is now even smoother, running on the same professional Canon cameras RoboCam has used from day one.

✅ What it means for you: Speakers pace, turn to the screen, point at a slide and walk back. The camera moves with them naturally, as if someone were directing every shot. Room 1 or room 40, every recording looks polished.

Panels With Real Close-Ups

📌What we upgraded: Panel coverage is even better. NATE listens as well as watches, so it knows who's talking, and the camera moves in for a close-up of that person. A second camera keeps the whole table in a wide shot, and NATE cuts between the two live.

✅ What it means for you: Someone makes a sharp point, someone else jumps in. Viewers see each of them up close, as if they were sitting in the front row. Your panels get the same treatment as your keynotes.

Its Own 5G Connection: No Venue Internet Needed

📌What we upgraded: Every new NATEBox has a built-in 5G router (look for the antennas on top). Wherever there's decent mobile coverage, it brings its own connection, so we can monitor and run it remotely.

✅ What it means for you: The venue network is for your attendees, and we don't need it. Our technicians keep an eye on every room over mobile data, wherever they are, so a smaller crew can cover your whole program. 

Built to Travel, Easy to Look After

📌What we upgraded: The new NATEBox has a custom-made aluminum core, so it's even tougher on the road and easier for our team to maintain. Our engineers can reach deeper into it remotely, down to reinstalling its software, and individual parts can be restarted right from the back of the NATEBox.

✅ What it means for you: Wherever your event takes place, our NATEBoxes arrive ready to go, even after a long-haul flight. If anything needs a quick fix during the day, our team handles it fast, often remotely, and your sessions stay covered the whole time.

With NATEBox handling the camera work, our technicians don't spend their day behind a camera. They focus on your event. The schedule shifts, a session runs over, something unexpected happens at the venue: our team is free to deal with it while NATEBox keeps every room recording.
